Well we decided to lift heavy again this week so i figured id share the video. My training partner hits a 545lb incline press for a single after 4 heavy sets of triples, then finish's with a rep set of 315lb for 40 reps. I threw up my videos as well, 315lb for 2 and finished with a rep set of 225lb for 18 reps, not nearly as impressive but still good for me.
