Im always on the run but try to keep my diet in check so I get tired of logging evertthing I eat on calorie counter app then having to stop multiple times a day to calculate calories,protein carbs and fats and divide into macros why cant someone develop an app that does it all ,or is their one Im missing. Its not a problem when Im home I have a specific diet broke down ,but traveling I have to be very careful what I eat especially on a cutting diet.
