    Irritable

    Really need some advice on being so irritable. Im not getting mad or anything but Everything gives me that annoyed feeling.

    As for kicking ass. 10 years ago that would have been the answer but im thinking it wouldnt make me a very popular person in my small town at this point in my life. Lol

    That is just your eyes being opened to the stupidity and lethargic behavior that surrounds you. At least you are aware your irritated, now instead of letting ppl irritate you use and funnel your focus and energy in bettering the things in which you can control, in other words get off your ass and build something, clean something, try to improve your short comings by being hands on. Stay busy.

    Definitely!! sex helps alot!! My wife practically raped me last night and did all the work :-).....I think she was feeling territorial because we were both at the gym and every-time she looked over my way there was some fine ass chick working out in front of me, in my line of site. Awesome. You could always take a bath with epsom salts and candle with music.......sounds girly? Don't be insecure...its k to treat yourself good.
