    I was weak

    It's 4 am I'm starving, I have no food until i can get to the grocery store tomorrow and my girlfriend has a thing of strawberry ice cream in the freezer. I feel fat...

    Look at it as your one cheat this week and get right back on the horse..My stomach hurts everynight before I sleep..I prefer going to sleep on a full stomach but I'd be a blimp lol the human body loves to push you into "fat"

    Sugar is the best..I love soda..I could drink a 12 pack in an hour if I let myself..

    Dude, cold coke with that cherry syrup outta the fountain machine omg that used to be my reward for a esp nasty hard workout mmmmmm

    Y'all aught to make a nothing but sugar diet.lol. I got some Angel food cake that I'm eating in very small portions at a time you know so I don't spike my sugar levels

    sounds amazing I used to really like getting the cherry and vanilla syrup added, but I've loyal to water for quite a while and i know if i have one coke I'll have many and then have to go through withdraws again.

    Angel food cake is banned from my house, otherwise i would make strawberry shortcake and holly cow talk about sugar spiking.

    if and when I find myself In that situation, I usually follow the rule that some calories is better than no calories. You can make up for it tomorrow.

    I've been off coke and shit like that for so long now, that if some very strange reason I "attempt" to drink one, I feel dehydrated before I've got through half, I just feel like I need a heap of water. Not sure if that is even a good thing or not but I can just feel the sugar and caffiene not doing me good and just craving water.. I don't go anywhere with out water, I hate feeling remotely thirsty and water has now become the only thing that will quench that may be slightly phsicological I'm not sure

    You are not a pro you dont make a living doing this so why torture yourself? So long as you dont make a habit of it wats the worst of the 2 evils.A few extra cals or high blood pressure worrying about it

    When I was being a lot more strict on my diet (like I SHOULD be right now) when I would wake up hungy I would either eat a banana, some fruit or a cup of yogurt. For some reason i use to have a craving for PB&J sandwiches also.

    Agree.
    I rarely leave my house without protein bars, but if I forget, I will eat Hot Dogs or Snicker Bars before missing a meal.

    Ahh those bottles. I even tried to ask in the nutrition section if it was ok to have them post workout..
