Victor Martinez fresh out of jail...horrifying transformation
I think the post jail photo was released today. I know he was locked up for 8 months, and I'd be willing to bet that he lost over 80lbs...
Photo one is a few months before his sentencing
Photo two was taken today (or VERY recently)

Not sure, why do you think synthol from that pic?
But back to the OP, that looks like the top of his head but thats it !! Anymore info or pics, thats unreal. Bet he hardly was fed while in jail. thing is, he's got to be well liked back home there, I wonder why they would do that to him?

Don't know where he was locked up, but i know that in the states the county and state facilities have inmates on a 1000-1200 calorie diet.

Not sure I believe those pictures, if they r real he should of got a kitchen job. Guess he was all fake?

I got locked up for four days and I ate like a hoarse. It wasn't a bodybuilders diet by no means but 80# is hard to believe.

I.M.O drugs were to play there, I know it different countrys but I have sampled the basic 1600cal prison diet for extended periods, now any junkie will sell his chicken breast for a cigarette and same, with second portion of porridge that's nearly 2200 cals, and that's before you buy your weekly shop, if you have a few quid then you can eat in there no problem so to be honest I call b.s. its the media, my money is on him failing blood test for gear or ice or both

Found the article on the muscular development web page. Martinez himself said he probably dropped 60lbs due to no access to weights or quality food.

Years ago I was cited for evading and eluding. I had no understanding of how serious the charge was, so I didnt bring a lawyer to court. I wound up getting a few days in county as a result . The main advice I received from the other inmates was never miss a meal no matter whats going on, because the calories are so limited. They weren't kidding. Small portions, no vitamin content, and very little actual protein. Most inmates were exhausted as a result, which I guess serves to lower the potential for violence and conflict with staff.

Very true. Not sure how the food was where he was at. I spent one day in county waiting to make bail. Breakfast was a half pint of milk and a cereal bar and lunch was a bologna sandwich with a single slice and 2 pieces of bread, an orange, and a half pint of milk. Didn't hang around till dinner.

Limited food, didn't have a proper gym, and NOOOOOO DRUGS were the three biggest factors here.

Now someone needs to keep a log on him to see how fast he puts it all back on.

Next time he better go in European Union jail with 2-3 rooms, personal gym, special food & etc

If he was on the same diet and 4 grams of gear, and gh he wouldn't have gotten that small. He'll get it all back fast.

EXACTLY..... Diet and training play a role but come on..... the guy is a pro. He's on loads of gear and when he went to jail he lost all access to everything. This leads to a testosterone crash..... who knows if he recovered after 8 months but that point it mute..... he lost the ability tot ake massive amounts of hormones and thus lost his size. This shouldn't be surprising at all for someone who's way over the antural limits of their body.....

Yes no gear not much size, i wonder if he was atleast on trt while he was in. would have been a crazy 8 months. feeling shit because of a test crash, also YOUR IN JAIL, wouldnt help with the mood. one positive is sex drive would have been low . Would have been interesting to be one of the inmates that saw the loss over that time.

^^^^ Yeah I doubt the taxpayers paid for his TRT

^^^ I'm not a world class Photoshop guy but after 27 years as a photographer I believe those images above are clean, there is a lack of distortion to surrounding bisecting lines,etc.. so I wonder how much weight did he really loose?
-

In the muscular development article Martinez was estimating around 60 lbs

If I were locked up, the last thing I'd want is to be on test. Think about it, you got all that juice in you and no females in sight. You'd go insane in there

I worked in a Canadian pen for a few years and its way better doin time in Canada then in the states. But even in Canada its all plastic trays of food with grilled cheese sandwiches and french fries. I read in MD that he was doin chinups/pullups pushups and tied string around stacks of books for wieghts. The guys I knew used clear plastic bags filled with water tied around broom poles. You can get cut but keepin on his size is impossible inside. I too think He looks good. Hes smaller but at least he didn't turn to sh*t like many other do.

Victor said in an interview he dropped to about 220 lbs. Big drop from 280 or so, but that still makes him bigger than most guys on this site

So Victor is at his genetic limit? Sorry, I was thinking of a post I posted awhile back about if someone stopped taking gear.. He loses everything he gained past his genetic limit...
