What things do j put on a registry for my wedding??
I'm getting married in 3 months and am composing a list to put things on a registry. So far I only have like 10 things and I'm drawing a blank! What kinds of things are typically asked for? Thanks for the help

Too young. You need to wait till you are at least 25 before you consider marriage. It can stunt your growth, cause insomnia, bad eating habits, alcohol abuse and hurt you financially. And those are just a few sides associated w/marriage.
J/K...Congrats.
And of course, CASH!!!!!

You know the thing about gear, you can always re-gift it and give it to other members of this forum.... Just sayin'.
But seriously, you know the stuff that is never on registries, but should be is stuff like ce_ment Mixers and tools. Let's be honest here, when you move to your house that you guys will end up buying together, you think the Mrs. isn't going to want you to re-tile the bathroom? What about her wanting you to do some brick work in the yard? Tools can be expensive.Last edited by Honkey_Kong; 05-20-2012 at 07:55 AM.

I just scanned a bunch of random crap. Hardly anyone buys you junk off of your registry anyways. If I could do it over I wouldn't bother registering. Its almost like telling people what presents to bring to your birthday party. But to have convinced my wife of that would have never happened.

Pro Tip - you can take registery items back after the fact and pick out stuff you need as you get settled. Most places will also give you store credit.
