hahahahaha I wonder how bad he was hurt, guess they should have checked if the door locks during cycle. Maybe they will start equipping them with emergency shut off switches on the front with great big red buttons. I put my turd little brother in the dryer once and turned it on, when he was big enough to handle some damage, after he thumped really hard a few times i opened the door and he came out laughing, kid was always too tough for his own good. my tiny 1 year old daughter climbs in the dryer on her own i would hate for that thing to get turned on with her in there, I wouldn't ever think to do it, so a little surprised that kids dad did that to such a small kid, but i guess i did put my brother in one.

i guess it's the 1st time they have used a washer like that.. and it's the wash cycle, not the dry cycle that locks like that.. industrial washers are the same..
I guess the next step is for them to sue the maker and owner of the facility since there wasnt a sign saying not to endanger your child by putting them inside the machine..The answer to your every question

Actually most all laundry-mats do have signs like that but if it was not also in Spanish maybe they can sue.
I can see that happening. A lot of use have done stupid things like that but fortunately nothing went wrong. We all need to teach our kids the danger of playing on dryers and refrigerators because to many kids die ever year from that. Now if you want to have fun put a cat in the washer on spin cycle for 2 or 3 seconds. lol Yes it could be considered cruel to animals but funny to see how dizzy they get. I would do it to myself if I could. lol Ive only done it once and it only went a few revolutions but still it was funny.
I dont think they should be charged with any crime. You can see the panic on their face and I'm sure they have learned their lesson. There was no harm intended. It was just poor judgement and know realizing it would lock. I can see that happening.
