A Delaware man was among four suspects arrested and accused of running a drug ring that operated for years, selling up to 100 kilograms of cocaine a month in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, police said Tuesday.

Police estimated the street value of 100 kilograms of cocaine at $250,000.

The drugs were sold from the New Image Auto Body Shop in New Garden Township, Pa., from about July 2001 to March 2004, according to Pennsylvania State Police at Avondale.

The four men - including 35-year-old Nelson Lugo, also known as Juan Sanchez, of Garden Lane in Swanwyck Gardens, near New Castle - were arrested, arraigned and committed to Chester County Prison to await a preliminary hearing, police said. Details of the arrests and suspects' bail information were not available.

Another suspect, Oscar Lugo, 34, also known as Josian Quinones and Miquel Cieves, had addresses in Delaware, New Jersey, Florida and Puerto Rico, police said. They did not say where his home was in Delaware.

The others arrested were Luis Colon, 31, of Philadelphia, and Angel Colon, 39, also known as Cano, of Camden, N.J.

Police did not disclose if the men were related.

The four were charged with crimes including being members of a corrupt organization, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver, cocaine delivery, financial illegalities and other offenses. Details were not available Tuesday night.

After investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police Troop J Vice and Narcotics Unit, along with the Chester County (Pa.) District Attorney's Office, authorities said the men were involved in a criminal enterprise that conducted racketeering activities involving drug sales in Philadelphia; West Chester, Pa.; Chester County, Pa.; Wilmington; New Castle County; and the Camden, N.J., area.

Their alleged drug operation was accused of selling about 45 to 100 kilograms of cocaine a month.

Police in Avondale, who announced the arrests, said Tuesday night that no other information about the case was available.

(prices are Delaware, Philly, NJ rate as of late, and I am pulling these numbers out of the sky I really wouldnt know anything about this)

1 Kilo - Bought in bulk could run anywhere between 18-22 thousand a piece.

1 kilo = 36 ounces. Once ounce goes for around 900-1200

1 Kilo has 288 8 Balls, which after going through a few hands and getting stepped on (cut) sell for about 100, but a pure uncut 8 ball would be worth around $150

1 Kilo can make about 10080 Dime Bags which go for $10 a piece.

Now multiply all those final numbers times 100 and you get an idea of their income a month.
