i think tongue games puts stress on the phrenum, and if the activity is vigorous over a lengthy period, some tears can occur, causing painful inflamation. was thinking if the phrenum were clipped maybe the painfulness might go away or allow additional activity without the micro tears?longer or thicker not necessary better. can be negative in fact.
