Sprained junk
Well the title says it all. About a week ago I stretched a ligament in my junk and it hurts like hell. Was wondering if anyone else has done this and if so how long did it take to heal.

Penis, did it about a week ago. At first I thought I might had caught an std, but I did a little research and found out that I had just strained it. It hurts like hell though!

Groin strain is usually a sports injury. Penis sprain/fracture is from screwing too violently. Some may consider that sports too.
Hope there's no bruising. Else it may cause internal scarring and permanent deformity...lol

No bruising, just hurts bad when it's go time. Doesn't hurt to bad the rest of the time.

Oh, he's probably been practicing the PE exercsies I was mentioning.
You have a suspensory ligament at the base of your penis that extends within your pelvic bone. When stretching such a ligament you need to slowly build up your force. Don't start stretching from day 1 at full force, as example.
Also, what you're feeling may be fatigue, so don't stretch anymore, take a week off, and supplement with MSM. When you go back to stretching, start slow and make sure if you actual "pain", to stop and let heal for longer.

A good starter exercise routine for those who want an extra 0.25-1" in length would be this: (Do for 6-12 weeks, or until you stop gaining, then you'll need to switch to a different protocol)
Grab your flacid penis below the glans, and hold it like an "OK" grip, between your thumb and index finger. While standing, stretch straight down and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. Use baby powder for enhanced grip. Note: Make sure to warm up before doing these stretches, apply a heating pad for 10-15 minutes (not too hot though), or a warm compress/hot shower. This will help get blood flowing and prevent injury.
After straight down, go to many other angles.
Straight down and to the left: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Straight down and to the right: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Straight out: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Straight out and to the left: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Straight out and to the right: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Straight up: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Straight up and to the right: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Straight up and to the left: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Behind the cheeks: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Behind the cheeks and to the left: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Behind the cheeks and to the right: 30 seconds (3 sets)
Warm down, reheat for 10-15 minutes, apply Vaseline and repeat the next day, or you can do it 2x per day, once in AM once in PM.
Can't stress how important it is to warm-up/warm-down, if you don't you'll get an injury similar to that of the OP. Also, if you hear a slight "pop" that's normal, it's called a lig pop, similar to what you'd hear after cracking your neck or knuckles. It can feel good actually. Have fun.

there was a bbloke awhile ago that admitted to jelking and said it did grow his junk another inch. unfortunately, his junk is now skinnier. so I had to laugh as it sounds like it has the same mass, just longer and skinnier. amusing....
