    Good question, I would think it would make it much harder to trace, but not impossible.

    you will be their ip, not hidden and still traceable if you really want to

    same as using wi-fi in cafe for example

    look into a vpn if you want to be ''hidden'' althiugh an ip addy cant be actually hidden but you can minipulate it to look like its something else

    Just get a VPN or use TOR.

    If you're worried about the USA, use a company outside of the USA and also use servers outside the USA.
