Seem to be getting sick alot since joining a gym....
rarely got sick. always a backyard gym kinda bloke, until 4 months ago. since then i've been sick twice (now and three weeks ago). not only that, but i hear blokes talk about how they are finally better and able to return to the gym.
never realized that a gym is such a breeding ground for germs....
(and yes, i do use the hand sanitizer prior to leaving)

any particular reason why you stopped? have you noticed that when you stopped taking them, is that when you started to get sick? i have a pretty shitty immune system so i am always wondering if any peptides, testosterone , or hgh helps with overall health/immune system. are there a lot of illegals at your gym? maybe they have brought over some pathogens that your immune system/antigens do not recognize and your body is trying to build up antibodies to protect? or, your just getting OLD!

i'm not ramping up or down. i just take a normal course for several months, and then just take a break for awhile. no particular reason. i know that a body doesn;'t become desensitized over time, and i also knjow that taking a break doesn't improve the efficacy of the next course. It's just something i've been doing for a long time.

I've been a supplement taker for almost 20 years. for me, it's all or nothing. so sometimes, when i'm getting low on a few things, i'll just stop until i restock. the other part might be laziness/forgetfullness.

Razr, you should probably go see the doc about that infection. You've had it for a while.

You will notice no one ever spritzes things like the workout handles. People are basically stupid.

In most cases, prevention is the best course. Once you're hit with a virus, rest, hydration, and food (as your symptoms permit) are the only real measures to get you back to health.
I get sick 3-4x a year since joining a community gym. It's a petri dish for germs but there's little you can do to completely avoid it - except workout from home. Washing your hands will help, unfortunately you are likely the minority when it comes to hand washing/sanitizing. I applaud you for it but it's an uphill battle. Go stand in the men's washroom for 15 mins and watch how many people use the toilet and don't wash their hands. It's an easy solution and great prevention but a good habit lost on most people.
