Anyone else trekking through life alone?

This is not a woe is me thread. Im just curious to see how many guys/girls live relatively solitary lives.

It's been about 5-6 years since Ive had a close friend or girlfriend. The most challenging part is not having any emotional support when life gets tough or I get down. Ive adapted my wants and needs to fit my current life style. I used to crave the contact of a women or conversation with a like minded individual- now I dont even remember why I found them satisfying. After awhile you start to feel so alienated that you convince yourself that you are inherently different than other humans.

Ive spent so much time alone I almost feel like Ive spent years dating myself. And when I meet a new person I can't imagine how they would ever fit into my life.

Anyone who's spent a great deal of time alone understands that it can make you a bit strange. Almost like you and yourself have all these inside jokes and unique understandings that no one you meet would be in on.

Jesus ****ing christ dude. Yes I was like this for over 5 years. I was dating a girl and we had an argument. She said she was going to kill herself. I didn't take it seriously. I just don't feel like typing the rest right now but I've never been laid that low before.

I know you start by saying you aren't having a pity party but really you are, and this is coming from someone who has been where you are before.

You don't know how to socialize, how to talk to women. You're afraid of girls. Stop bullshitting yourself. Again this is coming from someone who has been where you are. I got back in the game through lifting and a lot of hard work trying to become a human being again.
