Neck size
Measured mine yesterday cause none of my button up or dress shirts fit. Wopping 19.5 inches. So how big are your guys necks?
I've read perfect proportions are same size neck as upper arm and calf. but my upper arm is almost always almost two inches smaller, and calf slightly smaller, although I haven't checked them recently, was just trying to get a new sunday shirt and can't find any that are 19.5 white and fitted. I hate standard shirts because they are made for massively fat people. I mean i don't care about bodybuilding and proportions, but does anyone fit this mold? Or do i naturally have a larger neck in comparison, or am I just extra fat?

I can fit snug into a 17 collar. 17.5 sometimes , obviously during cycles is more comfortable. Anything bigger and I'm swimming.

My neck seems to be keeping up with my arms. . .Almost at 18" or so now(17.5" actually).
19.5" sounds like a lot, but really depends on your height.
I remember the first time I measure back in the day, it was barely over 14".

muscle math. If you train hard and work each muscle group. 10lbs gained should equal 1in gained.

75 kg (165 lb) :|
even that is "big" for me, keeping it around that number due to weight class, cause if i go heavier, they competition is just ridiculously higher than me, and reach is a problem
(amateur, but competing, boxing and taekwondo, was never particularly interested in bodybuilding ( in terms of craving for more and more mass) , but i am planing to gain some weight and see how that looks )

10 lbs LBM sounds right, but 15 lbs accounts for general weight, considering you might gain 5 lbs fat with the 10 lbs muscle, more especially if doing it naturally.

-

thats the thing is some companies make shirts that are "fitted" or athletic fit, and they are much more narrow around the waistline, I haven't found any yet, and no store i've beent o has them.

i used to rock 19.5 at 210 lbs.. did a cutter got it back to a normal size 17" at 203..
then back up to 214 still have the thinner neck, it's about body recomp, not bulking..The answer to your every question

But I'm a service member and I haven't been able to wear my Class A uniform for years. The biggest under shirt I could find only had a 19in neck and my neck and arms couldn't fit. I was unable to button up the top 3 buttons but the rest of it was fvcking huge like a dress.

razr is first to be neck smaller that i see.
I should get them tailored but thats an awful lot of money for a stupid shirt that the neck turns brown anyways. I should take up sewing.
My calves are only 16", arms are barely over 17" cold flexed, calves thats just standing. Always had skinny legs, hard to bring them up. squatting decent weights, and do sprints occasionally. I stopped doing calf raises and such years ago, cause it didn't help any.

Im 5/10 170 with 16.5 inch neck, dont know other measurements. Just cut a little now on cycle and gaining so may need new shirts soon, as im sure it will grow a little. My neck isnt that big but looks big for my size. Think its from all the muay thai plum training and wrestling I did for years.
