I'm easy going like Stark and like to joke around and I would love to fly so it's Ironman for me.

Bruce Wayne all the way. No one knows I'm Batman. Don't have to watch my diet so that I can fit into my Ironman suit. I'd have two Batman suits. One for when I'm bulking and another for when I'm yoked and shredded.

Iron Man has a cooler suit, but he's like a tank, you can hear/see him a mile off. But he is like a one man army.
Batman excels at st3alth. I bet in a hand to hand situation, no suits or gadgets, Bruce Wayne would mop the floor with Tony Stark.
EDIT: I would say the character closest to someone like Batman in Marvel would be The Punisher or Daredevil.

This is a tough choice and I can't decide.
Stark has that awesome jokingly sarcastic witty personality. I like it.
Wayne has a very serious and straightforward demeanor. I like it too.
Aside from that, the only other difference between them is the fact that Stark is a little too conceited and stuck-up, and as far as I know, was often his weakness/downfall in the comics. Wayne never had that problem.

I know it looks cool, need more previews though. I really hope they test the true limits of his powers for the first time in film making. The last one all he did was lift heavy stuff and fly around. The only part I remember was when that robber walked up to him and shot him point blank in the eye and it cracked the bullet and bounced right off.
