Not that I know of. . . If you are worried about a WiFi type of hack, just turn off your SSH.
Check out modmyi, if there is a way it will be there.

there is no specific app for that on cydia. but your IP address is dynamic when you use your cell data, due to the fact that it changes based on the tower you are connected to.
best alternative solution is to use a VPN, then it will divert your IP
