    Try ThemeForest or Templatemonster.com; it's too time consuming to build a template from scratch. (I say that mostly because I have 0 art skills...)

    Agree 100%. Those are two places I go and I do design for a living. Even if I redo the design from scratch it is easy to find a site that is organized the way I want and all the CSS is done.

    my wife does all the CSS and data base behind, but she has someone else do the image, then she cuts it up and pushes it around and there ya go..

    but for you a template is the easiest... godaddy.com would be the simplies.. hell i can have one up and running in a couple hours with a merchant shopping cart on it using that..
