What do people do on the off day from weights?
Things slowed down at work (hell, been getting slower and slower here) and its going to be a half a day on the paycheck.. Went out back to lift my kettlebells, and damn so ****ing weak.. was like wtf.. Yesterday I was pounding them pretty good (in my world anyhow )
So this resting between days is pretty real... so what now?

Day off weights AND work.... This is a very rare occasion so I typically have sex once or twice, cycle for an hour or two and then just lay down a lot. Booyah
