Why wouldn't you eat them. Can through all the remains in a pot with some celery and carrots and things and make chicken stock too. Trying to get my wife to buy whole chickens and cook with them. I really am not a fan of chicken, especially breast meat lately. Eating tons of pork and beef though. Been cooking an 8 lb pork shoulder and eating it for breakfast and hwatever meal I need fast protein, so good too. I cook it for like 15 hours in oven super low temp, falls apart.

i buy 1 whole chicken from walmart and eat all of it for $5.50 about 2 times a week after a nice training session. its very nice. and i also i like teaching my little skinny brother a lesson... when he struggles to eat like 1oz of chicken... i just eat it with my bare hands in front of him and stare him down... to teach him a lesson.

4-5 years ago when I worked as a cashier at a super market I would always buy the entire rotisserie chickens they had and eat the whole thing in my 15minute lunch break. The fat women that worked there just looked at me like how this little man eating all this?

I raise my own chickens, feeding them, petting them, taking care of them, get to know them on a personal level they all flock to me when I go outside. Then I kill them when I'm hungry. Taste better like that. Cheap too because all they do is ****, male on male, female on female, "chicken scissoring" I've seen it all.

The tastiest way to eat chicken is to either go to Roscoe's or find a woman who makes some good chicken and dumplings. Neither are the healthiest ways
One thing I do is I take chicken breasts and soak them in a marinade of white wine, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, onion oregano and a cap full of white vinegar. Then using some KC Masterpiece (now I've been using Sweet Baby Ray's) BBQ sauce, glaze the top of the chicken breast while it's on the grill.
I don't think you need salt. But if you do, use that NO SALT stuff.
Put that breast on a toasted sesame seed bun with a little olive oil on the top of the bun. And depending on your macros you might want to put a slice of Swiss cheese in it too with some sauteed onions.
*** Oh yeah, use a charcoal grill ***

It's actually a salt (potassium chloride), just not a sodium salt. Trust me, you wont know the difference. ****NOTE**** People with kidney or heart problems really should consult with a doctor before using this substitute. But for an otherwise healthy person this would be fine.
It's really good actually. If your stomach is good, try chopping up some green and red bell peppers and sauteeing them with the onions. I have to worry about heartburn if I do that.Last edited by Honkey_Kong; 08-10-2012 at 05:30 AM. Reason: decided to put a warning on the no salt.
