I am calling out tr to join the 225 contest as a contestant not a judge.

I think he can cut to 225 if he sets his mind to it. and of course his age will be taken into consideration upon judging?

I'm 229 at the gym yesterday. Cutting is easy for me. Bulking LBM is hard. I was 15% BF two months ago, but that has increased due to injuries and not hitting the gym with intensity. Once I finish up this TB500 trial i'm on, then i think (hopefully) I can increase the intensity as early as october. At that time, I'd like to begin a new mild cycle of test c 500mg/wk, and some var. And I'm thinking of adding a new secret ingredient, but haven't decided yet.

Thank you for the invitation GearBox, but I'm going to have to get a rain check this time. And besides, you blokes don't want this old bull kickin yer arses, now do you? =)

thanks mate. 15% was two months ago. probably 17 or 18 right now. soon as shoulders and right arm tendonitis are rehabbed, I'll do more in the gym besides the light/moderate weight i've been lifting. I'd like to be maybe 12% by the end of the year. Everyone needs to have goals, right?

and i've been drinking during my rehab period, which is primarily why the increase in BF%

Shoulder tendonitis ruins you at the gym. I had it last summer. Took me out for 4 months

no shit. today was arms/shoulders for me. repped one arm curls at 55lbs for short blastts of 5 reps each. not even close to failure. really not exercising the muscle, so much as the tendon. did fairly well on the tri's today, and really popped out the horseshoe on this machine i've only used several times. had to put a towel down as the skin sticks and stretches on the arm rest, can be moderately painful when the skin stretches that way. but when it came to military press, i've been using the machine as i can adjust weight quicker than plates. i was at 100lbs and after about 5 measley reps, i'm like fuk this. pain wasn't that intense, but i don't "work through the pain" anymore. (Who the hell started that nonsense, anyways?). Skipped shrugs and the rest of shoulders, and just went home.

I could load up on a bunch of deca , fixed the problem last time, but then don't want "deca dick" either.

Haven't tried chanting in Hebrew yet. Wonder if that might work? =)
