    How are you guys judging them on upper body shots only? I scrolled through, did I miss the leg shots ?

    Not judging till the end, we have a list of poses we must show... Didn't need to post full shots for beginning of contest just end

    It's not improvements, it's who looks best overall like any other bodybuilding comp at 225

    I could be wrong myself, I just assumed that since they never really asked for detailed beginning photos it couldn't be off of improvements but I'm not in charge I'm just in the contest

    This is nothing like a bb competition. This is more like gain weight don't have a heart attack and who looks the best.

    I don't know what's going on with me, hitting 45-4700 cals a day (I count accurately and weigh all food) and for the last five weeks I've only gained about 1.5 lbs. My strength is up and every week I'm noticing new striations, veins and improvements but I thought at this high of cals I'd be gaining faster and putting on more fat. If anything I think I've lost fat, seem to be recomping, is it possible peptides actually work?

    I'd rather not say. Let's just say I am a long way from where I need to be. I'm at 4500. Lost weight 1 st two weeks. Go figure
