Gix I honestly don't know? I will run it this week and see what the result is. Got to get to 225 but got to see abs and definition. This is all a new concept to me.

i just know i need to eat about 3600 to maintain my 195 now. For me 4000k wouldnt get me to 225. But honestly i dont think i could ever get there.

3348 is what the computer threw out at 200. But remember its not 4000 every week. An addition of 10-15% each week. I just need to see if 4000 is a good start for 12 weeks.

I mean 9/1 I may be starting at 4200-4300. This is so ass backward. It will be entertaining.
