I know nothing about tattoos nor do I have any experience with them, but one guy I know who bodybuilds always told people that if they were going to get a tattoo, to do it after you've reached your ideal amount of mass you want to have. He said that getting the tattoo before adding a significant amount of mass will grossly distort it. I can imagine this is the case for a lot of skinny people who had tattoos long before they started working out.

Get your tattoo afterwards then. It only makes sense, you don't want whatever you get to end up getting stretched out when you start to pack on the muscle again lol.

Agree. Ive been under 200 and up to 250 and didnt ever see a difference in my sleeve. I think if u are an overweight person losing a lot of weight, it might be a different story.

I'm covered and the only I had a problem was when I had back surgery and lost weight. That's when you could see my stretch marks and it only messed up a few of them in a few places. Nothing to serious.

If you're really worried about distortions fvcking up how the tattoos look, why not just get tattoos where it wouldn't matter that much? Like avoid getting people's faces and whatnot.
