Does Liquid Cialis have to be built up in the system for best results?

I got some liquid Tadalafil 25 mg/mL and was told by a friend that for best results--you should take about 10mg for about a week---then 20 an hour before you have sex.
Any truth to this?

What about taking it at the same time with a product that has this in it?

I dont think so. It works in a few hours and works for a while for me. Everyone is different. 15mg per for me is plenty. I can use it again when I need it.

The main active ingredient in yohimbinee bark is yohimbine HCl and the latter has been used by many supplement compnaies as an additive in pre-workout and thermogenic compounds. Redline Extreme was one of the first PWO to include Yohimbine but it was subsequently removed. Originally it was believed that this substance would alleviate erectile dysfunction/impotence, and decreased sexual libido but controlled studies have been inconclusive. It is also believed to promote a reduction of adipose tissue but again, experimental evidence is lagging.

One of the problems with yohimbine is that the therapeutic index of yohimbine is quite low (i.e. the range between an effective dose and a dangerous dose is very narrow). Even low doses of Yohimbine can induce panic attacks, insomina, elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, headaches, dizziness, or (in individuals sensitive to Yohimbine or those taking MAOIs) renal failure, or seizures.

an everyday dose of abouut 5mg, and yes, it will build up after a week or so and that is all you need.

a one time dose of X.

every day cialis has other health benefits as well...

Thanks for the replies.
I figured I had better at least try the yohimbe first seeing as I never have.
Then till try em both together on Thurs when I need it.
So far----one hour later--nothing.
