    Interesting Female at the Gym today............................................. .....

    another strange day at the gym. this one lady comes in, and I remember her from before. full figured, and then a little extra. nice hip to waist ratio! probaby 40. so she's on the elyptical, doing her thing. after a while, i hear her "whooping" and "yipping" pretty loud. she has her headset on, and so i begin to watch. she's really getting into this elyptical, really swinging her hips, moving her arms above her head almost like some kind of hula dance, writhing her hands, and this yipping and whooping ever 15 seconds or so. Loudly. So I'm still watching. I'm watching her gyrate her hips, and after awhile, notice i'm almost mesmerized, so i turn away. the way she moves seems like she must have been a pro at one time. I walk towards the situp machine, and she lets out a whoop when i get closer. very strange, and very hard not to watch.

    The last time she was in the gym, she was doing some kind of aerobics in the corner of the room, all wiggly and jiggly as well, minus the whoops and yipping. and i remember it was hard not to watch her then too.

    I watched a clip a while back about women who have orgasms while working out, not sure how true it was. Mostly seemed to be abdominal workouts that did the trick. Good incentive for a girl to bust ass in the gym!!!!
