Ups and downs

So last week I had an IFBB pro friend (39 years old) of mine have a heart attack! He lived but has a blockage and will have to take it real easy for the remainder of his life. Bummed out about it to say the least. Then yesterday I had a buddy if mine (21 years old) earn his IFBB card! Super excited there hopefully both of them will end up being happy and prosperous still.

They told him they were going to reevaluate in a few months and make a decision from there. Only problem is that he has been using his body and only his body for income since he was 18.
