but OP, 3.5 hours in the gym? you are OVERTRAINING!! this is a common newb mistake (i've done it myself) and it will hamper your gains. You should be in and out in under 90 minutes max.
additionally, you need to find a goal and stick to it. Your goals look like every possible goal (endurance and size are opposing goals) which means you lack focus. Pick a goal and develop a routine around that goal. Keep it simple and you will see results
