ive been weight lifting for years on and off...
I just wanted to say what I think about while working out while working out that drives me and in return maybe somebody can tell me what they think for motivation. Before a workout I dig deep down into my mind for all 110% every machine and every breath I hit with all I got I try to think of my past bullies and people making fun of me also I say to myself their is no pain only fatigue. The other day I was doing reps and almost got sick cuz I push it as hard as I can. What the point of eating a good meal 45 minutes before a workout and going all the way to the gym if you just going to do a modest workout. Some days ive worked out at the gym for 3 1/2 hours all im sayin is push it like your life depends on it. Luv u all

I want strength, size, endurance and speed but im starting to lean to strength and size

I usually take my day out in the gym. Whatever pissed me off that as minuscule as it might be I focus on that, and in reality over react about it, to push a few more reps out

I have been hitting some new levels with strength focus intensity
everything is coming so natural now. Form def nothing else lol

I stay motivated because it is just what I do, and I want to always be stronger.

I dont have the greatest form in the first place so when I go crazy and on the last set the combo leaves me messed up the next day

I don't think abot anything but the next set and the music playing in my ear. I was always the bully so I don't have that get even agression (damn it, some little pu$$y out there hittin the gym hard owes me) I want my credit!!!!!

i don't listen to music. instead, i listen to my breathing, and sometimes, my pulse.
but OP, 3.5 hours in the gym? you are OVERTRAINING!! this is a common newb mistake (i've done it myself) and it will hamper your gains. You should be in and out in under 90 minutes max.
additionally, you need to find a goal and stick to it. Your goals look like every possible goal (endurance and size are opposing goals) which means you lack focus. Pick a goal and develop a routine around that goal. Keep it simple and you will see results

Way way too long, you'll go nowhere fast. 1hr max. 45mins ideally.

I went crazy the other day and im lucky I healed up alright but so im thinking 15 minutes cardio 1 hour weight then 15 minutes cool down. All due respect somebody's post got me thinking about girls now
