why would you need a faster acting creatine?

once your saturated, you're saturated. at that point, go for the cheapest shit you can buy. Unless the world is going to end prior to the two week saturation period?

I don't like creatine at all to be honest. But I wasn't saying you need faster acting, it just is faster acting.

all faster acting means, as far as i've ever been able to tell, is the cells will fully saturate faster. but it will happen with what ever creatine you go with. with the cheap shit (mono) two weeks max. with the expensive shit, maybe a week? so you drop a bunch of cash to save a week when you probably wont' really be able to tell the difference in the gym.
