if an overabundance of whole milk every day doesn't make you gain what will?

On 5000cals atm, the extra 300 grms oats and the extra 2g of test bumping water weight will hopefully swing it. Use semi skimmed milk in all shakes which contain the oats also, don't want too many fats making me sluggish.
Anymore experienced ideas lads?

sorry, noob question. isn't it better to compete in a lower weight class? or is it too boring to totally blow away the competition?

No, I'll be up against a 335kg world record holder in that division. I'm hoping for 300 and I'm more competitive in 110kg division even at the bottom of the weight class.

i've got a noob answer. if you think tren is somehow countering your weight gain, and currently weight is more a concern than anything else, why not drop it?
-
09-06-2012, 07:23 PM #11
but if you are 99 kg couldn't you drop down to the lower weight class or is it same day weigh ins?
-

You could lower your ai dose.......

Plenty of people drop 15-20 lbs in a matter of days, sodium and water load, drop sodium continue the water, then drop the water. Timing is crucial etc, but if weigh ins are the night before, can gain all teh weight back and then some overnight. At least that is what the record holders do. but then again it might not be a good idea to try it for your first time at a meet.

no worries
Dbol /drol for water weight and joint ease with good strength
Tren for strength/aggression and keeps bf at bay on a big cal count
Test for all-around function
Didn't bargain on the tren lowering weight that much considering the dbol drol cocktail, hence looking for exp views. But if extra cals and 2gs test don't shift me up then idk!

Pretty sure a lot of powerlifters do this. And on some other powerlifting forums guys post up weigh in weights and actual weights prior on their journals and how they accomplished it. I do want to compete in powerlifting, and may not be an expert, but your comments are rude. Maybe it's only the really big guys doing 20 lbs, and 10 lbs is more reasonable for your weight range, but you don't need to be condescending.

man, stop and think, how do you think losing weight right before a meet will affect strength? Don't presume on posts, look at my AVI, do I look like a novice? I already stated I know what I'm doing and am looking for exp tips on manipulating drugs to get the most out of cals, so to me it's ludicrous when someone suggests I lose 20lbs I've just fought to gain in a short time. I asked about GAINING not losing. Comprehend the question 1st then post......

excuse me for being a little off topic with a different approach to your problem. I dunno you could have been a bodybuilder moving in to powerlifting, you certainly look in good shape from what I can tell. Either way I'm just surprised you took such offense. Good luck with your meet.

Set the alarm for the middle or drink a pint of water before bed so you get up for a piss and eat something or drink a weight gain shake. Comes on think and fast

yeah i'll have a shake with 100grms oats midway through the night and on the morning i'll sink 1-2ltrs of water right before weigh in if i have to.
weighed myself again 10mins ago and im 100.4kgs
thinking maybe the fact i lowered my AI during the week has helped as well. have that tight strong full feeling creeping in again, blasted through an arm workout today like a beast as if it was a warm up
one more prep lift session on Mon, i'll lift to my intended 2nd lift and should have a good gauge after that.
didnt get my fookin test tonight and hope that doesnt play on my mind too much.
but ive still 400ml of tren a, 700mg adrol and 320mg dbol to do this week. i suspect my 1st bottle of tren was under
dosed because i usually get heartburn on tren and didnt get it or the sweats, started the 2nd btl from a diff lab start of last week and the heartburn is raging in me since y'day, its taking 2 doses of strong prescribed meds to kill it and im sweating at night!!Last edited by dec11; 09-08-2012 at 11:20 PM.
