How do you bring up your weak points?
My chest is pretty bad compared to the rest of my upper body. I recently switched from doing chest and shoulders to chest and tri and gave my chest more volume and put it on thurs (fri,sat are rest). Only been doing this for a week so we'll see how it goes, the DOMS so far have been more than ever so thats a good sign. Also my calves are extremely dispraportionate compared to my thighs so I switch a quad dominant exercise for a calf one and again the DOMS in my calves were more than usual.
Any tips would be appreciated and what have you done thats worked for you?
