    Lagging bodyparts...

    How do you bring up your weak points?

    My chest is pretty bad compared to the rest of my upper body. I recently switched from doing chest and shoulders to chest and tri and gave my chest more volume and put it on thurs (fri,sat are rest). Only been doing this for a week so we'll see how it goes, the DOMS so far have been more than ever so thats a good sign. Also my calves are extremely dispraportionate compared to my thighs so I switch a quad dominant exercise for a calf one and again the DOMS in my calves were more than usual.

    Any tips would be appreciated and what have you done thats worked for you?

    I am so sorry to here that. Lol. Give your chest it own day like you are. Hit it hard use different angles. One week heavy low reps. Next week low weight high reps. IMO
