I walked in and had the gym to myself so it was going to be a great day. Half way through my work out this little Mexican dude walks in. You know 5'5" 165lb brown hair, brn eyes lol. I have the radio blaring with my ipod hooked up so I am sure it was some great punk like Rancid or NOFX. I am using the milt. press machine cause he is doing the normal Mexican bicep curls using the squat rack where I would have normaly done my milt. presses.

After each set he does he starts kinda jamming to the punk music ( no way he spoke English). He starts realy getting into it so I stop and watch. He starts out by doing the "Night at the Roxberry" head bob. Pretty soonn his whole body is convulsing like he has been taken over by a fkn poltergiest. Before I knew what hit me (or him) he dropps quickly to the floor and starts full on break dancing for like 2 full min. Not good break dancing mind you but oh fuk was I laughing! He stands back upand continues lifting like nothing ever happened. I still laugh everytime I think about it. I have never seen Pedro the break dancer again.

HAHAHA!! full out breakdancing at the gym... that is a great one.

Mine was actually more of a "gym lesson" if you will. My first gym membership at a gym was in our small town, $15/mo for students.. old school Rocky style equipment. Was all i needed at the time. Started out lifting with a buddy of mine, we were lifting shoulders as well i believe. In walks these 2 d-bags who were a few grades ahead of us in high school. They were smaller than us, but def more lean. They liked to think they were awesome and gods gift to women. Well so happens they just didn't kno how to use their heads when it came to changing out attachments to the upper pulley cables. And because this equipment was pretty old school stuff, not much in the way of safety for such said pulley equip. They attached a wide lat pulldown bar to one of the pulleys and were preparing to do standing lat pullbacks... well the one dude went to change the weight pin, as he pulled out the pin the heavy bar attachment (which actually wasn't supposed to be attached to that pulley anyway) came crashing down into the back of this kids skull and left him lying on the floor curled up in the fetal position.

From then on out, i've always made sure to hold the weight down w/ a hand when changing the pin

Hahahahaha that's some priceless stuff there. Pedro at the Roxberry. Lolol

Mine isn't much a 'nice' story.. Was at the gym back in the day when I was in highschool. Probably at the prime of my powerlifting days. Anyway, friend of mine used to joke around saying "light weight MOTHAFVCKA" (branch warren, Ronnie Coleman) so on so forth. So I was picking up my EZ curl bar which I was skull crushing with. I had 95lbs on each side and the bar was probably 15-25 or whatever. The bar clips at my gym were shit so when I finished my set I stood up and started to walk towards the rack to drop it and one clip slid off and well.. There goes all the weight. We all been there. One side empties and the weight falls to the other side and that falls too.

Well when that happened my buddy laughed at me and I just said "light weight MOTHAFVCKA!" and pretended to curl the empty bar. It was a joke and what not... This guy who was a blob but thought he was king shit mocked me in a little retard voice. (was always more jacked therefore more hated, yeah, **** how that works)

So anyway I let it slide. He kept staring at me mimicking the the "light weigh MOTHAFVCKA" thing all night.. I let it slide some more. He hopped on the bench and tried to impress me. Started loadin on WAY past his capacity. Had his friends help him lift it off and it came down on him. His friends couldn't even lift or move the bar. I walked over casually as they were frantically asking for help. I leaned over his face, gave him my finger and calmly said "I bench 90 lbs more then that, light weight mothafvcka" and walked away.
