I loaded up on creatine taking it 3 times a day and then just 5g a day but then I just stopped taking it for a about 2 months and I didn't even finish the tub,I started taking just 5g a day for a week then the tub ran out, I've orderd new creatine and should arrive today or tomorrow so should I reload my self up with creatine by taking it 3 times a day for a week and then just 5g a day after that ?
