Thread: Loading up on creatine ?

    Loading up on creatine ?

    I loaded up on creatine taking it 3 times a day and then just 5g a day but then I just stopped taking it for a about 2 months and I didn't even finish the tub,I started taking just 5g a day for a week then the tub ran out, I've orderd new creatine and should arrive today or tomorrow so should I reload my self up with creatine by taking it 3 times a day for a week and then just 5g a day after that ?

    5g x 5 times per day for 5-7 days then 5g before and after training

    Creatine does not actually need to be loaded...you will reach saturation quicker by doing this but what's the point really... We're only talking about creatine, it's not going to make a huge difference anyway...

    You will still reach saturation just as long as you keep taking it.....

    5g a day is all that is required.... You also do not need to cycle it.... Just take 5g a day

    5g daily does nothing for me , tried many ways and the most productive way for me is load and before and after training. This for me is excellent . Wish 5g did something it would cost me a lot less.

    Well if u weren't so fukin huge maybe 5g would suffice.....

    Lol, one thing to take from this and mention is that although it is stated that 5g will put you at saturation, the bigger you are the more you will need....



    So regardless of the 'loading', you have found better results at 10g a day vs 5g a day? Could you please elaborate

    Ive found loading far better than not loading and 10g daily is my sweet spot, 5g daily does nothing and its like I am taking nothing but at 10g its a huge difference. But I guess if people get results from 5g stick with it so how you go but 10g is like a mini cycle for me

    ive also noticed 5grms does sod all for me as well, might try 10grms and hope i dont blow the toilet away
