Guys, I have talked to the publishing company ppl and they tried to do everything, but it wasn't happening. Paypal simply doesn't accept payments from my country, including many other countries.

No this is not a scam. If some trustworthy and respected member of these boards steps up, I am willing to send them an Amazon gift certificate FIRST (worth $24.99) via email as is the norm. Once they see it is authentic and that I am trustworthy, they can then purchase the PDF from the link I posted above (it will only take a couple of minutes) and email me the download link to the PDF.
