About as childish as your location, it was very creative and I can definitely appreciate the time and effort it took to do what he did. I would have to say he made his point clear.

My grandmother told me back in the day, when she and my grandfather lived in Philly, they would receive parking tickets daily. Supposedly, my grandfather would get $30-$40 dollars in pennies some how, and go to city hall 3 minutes before closing, and dump out the jar of pennies on the counter for the clerk to count. Then, he would spend another 15 minutes arguing how it was US currency and they had to take it. I'm not sure if this really happened or not, but it would certainly piss the clerk off to the max.

I saw this the other day..doing something stupid like that isn't going to get anything accomplished aside from every cop in the area looking for reasons to give you tickets. It's way better to stay under the radar.

That's just as pointless as the folding of the money imo. But both should be highly applauded to be honest stuff like this is what makes us human taking a different look at things and seeing a different outcome and not just machines that go through life going from A to B without anything changing.
