Where do you guys ship your gear?

I'm just curious what people have the most luck with. In the past I've gone with a local source but am considering branching out. I've had pins and AAR shipped to my house easily and trouble free but that has all come from within the us and customs weren't an issue.

Being that I am a renter, Im wondering what most of you guys do. I've been thinking about going and getting a P.O. Box but most packages require a signature I thought and might have an issue being delivered? Also, I imagine to rent a P.O. box probably requires a drivers license so it isn't anymore discrete than shipping to my house is it?

Dude, look at this logically. If THE MAN were to figure out that you were buying gear and had the desire to bust you, your PO Box isn't going to throw him off. Now, the fact of the matter is you'd have to transport that gear from the PO Box to your house which leaves the possibility of getting pulled over with gear in your car there. You might as well just have it sent to your house/apartment. I'm pretty sure the land lord isn't going to open your packages.

For me, the point of shipping questionable items to a PO Box is not to fool the man, but instead to put up a firewall between myself and this questionable source. Additonally, when i pick up said questionable items from the PO Box and transport in my car, i am careful NOT to open the package until I am safe within the security of my own home. If i were to get pulled over while transporting, a search warrant would be needed for them to break the seal of my package and search the contents. if the seal were broken, no such warrant would be needed.

If you were "pulled over" then a search warrant would be needed to search the content seal broken OR NOT, unless probable cause existed. Because it's a motor vehicle, if probable cause exists then they can search anything anywhere WITHOUT a warrant because exigent curcumstances exists on motor vehicles.

Keep in mind if you are pulled over for a valid traffic offense then technically you are under arrest and could be taken to jail instead of being issued a citation. If this were to happen then an inventory of your MV would be done. It's doubtful that your pachage could be opened during said inventory but.....

Schedule 3 drug...felony. Hard to say the outcome. 2 many variables ie: good attry, criminal record, so on

Can't remember who it was. But, he never posted back on what happened as far as I remember.

If you are cought with juice in your car you will be seriously fvcked. As long as it's just deemed possession that will be a felony. But, they might try to get you with intent to distribute also depending on the quantity.

In terms of allowable possession??? No

Whether or not you would be charged with posessionof a schedule 3 drug or possession with the intent to deliver a schedule 3 drug is typically based on quantity. I have NO clue what amount determines this for sure. Other factors also would determine if your were deemed to have intent to deliver. Things such as records of sales, bank records, phone records for examples.

Yea and the mans need to control it. The war on drugs here in the states is scary. To think how all around good people can be classified as felons for their personal choices to juice where other much more serious crimes such as domestic, theft, fraud, etc can often be charged as a gross misdemeaner is sickening...

Very much agreed. How is what I do with myself any of the government's business? It's like going to jail for attempted murder for attempted suicide. < Just plain out stupid.
