Your all over the place man...lol. Hit up the nutrition section. There is a sticky at the top. If you cant make sense of it then post your stats for them and they will help.

No one checks my spelling during a spoken conversation. I blame my spelling on having a teenage daughter and texting. Who the hell spells anything right after some of that crazy shorthand?
