    honestly I think he looks natural, and probably had great test levels at that age anyways. Did he ever disclose when he started steroids ? You think he was using them before that competition with the military officers constantly looming over them?

    With he amount of trainin he did to win that first comp im sure he was all natural and they didnt even know what bodybuilding was in that country back then... What a beast at 18! I'm almost positive he didn't start using untill he entered more competetions in his 20's and plus they were legal then...right?

    Regardless if he used that early or not. He's a great example of someone who sets their mind to something and accomplishes it, not matter what anybody says or thinks. Soldier, Champion, Hollywood Actor, Governor.........damn impressive
