Get Fit Quick
Anyone else ever come across these "15 minutes to bigger chest", or something of that nature, workout programs. Then they post a picture of a body builder or mma fighter who supports it or whatever.
It just pisses me off, not to say that it's good to get people off their asses even if its just for 15 minutes, it's just that I can't stand the false advertising behind it. There's no chance in hell the person who's picture is on the program got to where they are by using 15 minute workouts or shortcuts.
I'm done ranting.

I'm always open to see what other opinions and methods are. But anything advertised with a time span (15 minute chest, 30 minute abs, lose 30 lbs in 30 days, ETC...) I pay no attention to.
It's no secret that paid actors/actresses are not using the product. Some openly have admitted to this and have had their contracts terminated.
While I agree it's silly, millions of people buy this stuff every day. Damn those infomercials!

I agree completely, I always read articles looking for new workouts and whatnot. That's the only reason I know what I know. And yeah I know they're getting paid for it, still pisses me off though haha. People don't want to work hard everyone's always looking for the shortcut

I dislike the supplement companies for the very same reason. To say someone can look like an elite bodybuilder by taking a pre-workout drink and some protein powder is ridiculous. There are only two products professional bodybuilders should be allowed to endorse and do marketing for: steroids and meat products.

Yeah. But if it were your company and you had the opportunity to make millions, would you do it?

And people may say back to me "steroids are a shortcut". And I'll say to them "fvck off". Although they might help progress you still need to break your ass to achieve goals and they don't take 15 minutes to reach.

I went from 272 to 205 by eating right and doing a 15 minute HIT program twice a week. The key was diet, the exercise just recomped the body. I have yet to see one of those 15 minute workout programs that don't say "with proper diet" hell even P90x and Insanity have "with proper diet" disclaimers.
Sure the people buy these programs thinking its a shortcut to a godlike body but they have no idea that they need to eat right. Kinda like a lot of new people to aas.

People are lazy by nature and are always looking for the easy way out.Now if the FDA made these supp companys prove there product was any good. The shelves in GNC would be empty.

All of it is a joke. Marketing is a interesting game. When the marketing is dead on, the product almost does not matter. Think of all the Lipozene crap shits that you have seen on TV. That is a huge marketing budget and a product that has no value what so ever.
The sad part is that people that know nothing about fitness or nutrition swear that they see effects from this junk. Back in the day before I started doing in depth research on the stuff I was going to take I was that person.
It ranges all the way from Supps to p90x nonsense.

Not to mention a lot of what they ask is hard on your joints with all the constant jumping around.
