Hi guys, I'm new to this website and have only recently began to research steroids so would be very greatfull of any advise I could get from more experienced people. When I began training 3 years ago I was quite skinny and underweight, now with the right training, diet and protein shakes I've built to a good shape and healthy size. Now I would like to push further and start some real building of strength and size. Could you please advise what I should start of with, how long of a course, how much per week and if i should be taking anythin post cycle? I'm 24, 6ft, male, 80kg, not sure about body fat but pretty low I imagion as I train often.
