Careful who you express frustration to at the gym!

There is a guy at my gym, quite over weight. Seriously thinks he is Ronnie. Comes in, replaces plates on a machine and drops them on the ground with the obvious intent to make a loud noise. Then he goes into Coleman-Mode -- yelling very loudly... "LIGHT WEIGHT! NOTHING BUT A PEANUT!!".

At first it was funny. Whatever makes him tick .. But since he goes to the gym around the same time I do, it's starting to get really annoying. I know he's not following me around the gym purposely, but it just seems like he is ALWAYS in the same area I am. So towards the end of my workout he was right in front of me and again... "EVERYBODY WANNA BE A BODY BUILDER, NOBODY WANTS TO LIFT NO HEAVY ASS WEIGHTS... I'LL DO IT!!". There was a nice looking broad resting between her ab sets. She looks at me, I look at her and I give her the eye roll and head shake, expressing my annoyance with Mr. Coleman Wannabe.

She didn't really react. So I thought never mind and went back to it.

about 2 minutes later, she get's up and walks over to Mr. Coleman wannabe, gives him a kiss, they hold hands and walk out together.

ARGH! WHY!! WHY did I do that?!? I felt like a total jerk. Had no idea they were together. Oh well, live and learn. I'll never do that again!

Ouch! but on the bright side maybe she will tell him to tone it down a notch. Good for her not reacting and sticking with her man although he is being an obvious tool. Maybe he will improve over time and realize he doesn't need to get the attention of everyone around him to lift weights.

THese are usually the guys that do a quarter of the proper movement with ridiculous amounts of weight piled up. I have a Coleman mini at my gym that stacks on 405 and does 3 inch squats and screams "woooooo SHIT.......ahhhhhh SHIT.......thats some heavy weight......SHIT!!!"
