    Cool Hodge Twinz

    whats your guy's take on the hodge twinz? i think they have good advice for the natural bodybuilders or just getting fit in general and there two funny people

    Their advice is meant to entertain, otherwise I wouldn't take anything they say seriously. Personally I think they are annoying and need to be curb stomped.

    Somewhat humorous. "back on my shyte", sniff sniff, actually their creatine recommendation (beast) wasn't too bad. I find their recommendations for reps & sets to be way to individually specific to THEM to be given as gospel. Everyone is different & will grow with different tools, but some of the stuff they mention I just scratch my head at....

    What works for them though I think they'd be a great addition to my gym! I like anyone who has fun lifting & loves just helping other. With that I give them my respect.
