i got promoted alright from a senior developer to team lead and IT department is all over country and they are thinking going to us as well. simple task was to find out whats wrong with the program ........it was 3 weeks ago all i m doing is talking to ppl all over canada and putting up fires. then the owner of the company said i may have to take over all the devisions its a lab we enviromental stuff, minning, gas...you name it and the amount they are growing current system will be outdated in no time.
cant say much about situation much just some days are sad
