Vegetarian Bodybuilding
Technically.. you could just boil some dry beans and put a side of asparagus or sweet potato and voila you have a vegetarian body building quick and easy meal. Am I over simplifying and why don't more people do this? I.e. You never see people add vegetarian meals into their 6 day list its always chicken, fish, steak, shakes etc.
To make this thread more interesting each response much be followed by a hot girl pic thanks

Doesn't soy have a rep for spiking estrogen? Came across this article at first glance:
http://www.menshealth.com/nutrition/...gative-effects
"The day Dr. Lewi asked him to stop drinking the stuff, he immediately complied. He also began checking the ingredient labels on all other items he regularly consumed. If Dr. Lewi was right, going cold turkey on soy just might begin to reverse the symptoms.
Over the next several months, blood tests revealed Price's estrogen levels were, indeed, dropping steadily back toward normal. Even better, the extreme nipple tenderness began abating. Eventually, his breasts stopped hurting completely and he gradually began feeling a little more like his old self."
If I wanted to avoid bloating, I would avoid milk and salt yeah as well as bad fats. What about eggs? Other than the fat content, eggs are not known to cause bloating?

Could you do it? yes, but if you think chicken gets boring good god, you'd want to shot yourself in 2 weeks! It all depends on the "type" of vegetarian, some dont eat eggs, some think fish is cool. You could do tofu and make anything you would with meat products............annnnddd it would suck, Ive tried and theres only one or two that I liked.
