2 questions on my take home exam
Just wanted to make sure i got an A on my take home exam ... Heres two questions i needed help on .. if you know the answers let me know
Question #1

Question #2

Isometric Exercise - Exercise involving an immovable object. Involves no joint movement.
Isokinetic Exercise - Limbs move at same speed, muscles contract at or near maximal tension, only concentric contractions are involved. Special machines such as mini-gym are needed for this type of work.
Isotonic Exercise - Exercise that uses a constant resistance causing muscle force that exceeds the weight of the barbell or dumbell and causes joint motion.
Izod Exercise - Never heard of it

Thanks Excess Thats what i thought on #1 .. just had to make sure .. on question 2 id be happy just live intill im 90, let alone lift weights
