I always tell ppl, after practicing poses ur low back should feel like u just finished an assload of deads.

Wrist. The wrist that is being clasped I flex my hand backwards (extension) a far as I can. For me it brings out more striations in my forearm. And make sure that when I'm resisting my forearm to flex my bicep that when getting into position I drag my bicep tight against my torso to push my bicep outward more (same concept with the knee into the hammy)Originally Posted by Capebuffalo
