You want to tell them when they start the pose to start at the feet and flex your way up til you get to the top.
Or how far to bring their hamstring leg back and the angle the need needs pointed out. And how to sit back on it.
When to roll shoulders forward or back. Or just let them guess

Ya quarter turns seemed pointless. More than enough poses listed.

Lmao let them guess at first then they can be corrected. The first thing u mentioned is the simplest, but most missed part lol

I guarantee majority will forget to do so in most of their pics. Unless they remember this post.

Or (one thing that aggravates me) ppl forgetting to separate their scapulas.

I always tell ppl, after practicing poses ur low back should feel like u just finished an assload of deads.

Getting the muscle control for that spread was hard for me. Still practice that randomly every day, mostly because I like looking as wide as possible every where I go.

And only deads? 15-20 minutes of posing can leave me almost as winded as most gym sessions do

Wrist. The wrist that is being clasped I flex my hand backwards (extension) a far as I can. For me it brings out more striations in my forearm. And make sure that when I'm resisting my forearm to flex my bicep that when getting into position I drag my bicep tight against my torso to push my bicep outward more (same concept with the knee into the hammy)

Ya it was very difficult for me as well but when I finally got it i felt dumb because after the first time I got it afterward no problem.

Lol ya Im def tired reason I say deads is because ur low back should be flex in almost every pose.

I get a better result hand on hand but wrist is more comfortable.

Lmao I'm not worried. Most will read it and scratch their head. But if they catch on its just a couple things to remember out of 1000. That's I they can execute correctly. And even then if they can do it better then me, and even more so if their physique is better then mine lol

Lol ya. That's where I did my best. After the show I asked the judges what I needed TI work on and they told me but also said I had the best stage presence of the whole comp. looked the most comfy and enjoying it the most they said.

Sadly the average individual looks at us and thinks the same thing. I get it everytime I sit down for a meal at work. Specially if I'm out of something between grocery runs. Nothing beats the look of disgust you get when you open up Tupperware stuffed with chicken, oats, veggies and hot sauce because you were out of rice that day.
