So I've experimented and I am not entirely sure if fapping (masturbating then ejaculating) for us males was dangerous or not. I have started doing this at a very young age around ~10 and now I am 23. Diet and sleep was poor so that was definitely part of it but I realized when I do fap, I feel tired and very irritated throughout the day. Even when I have the chance to sleep I don't wan't to sleep for some reason.

There are many "NO FAP" threads out there on different sites and I have been thinking, how can this be possible? Us males are born to spread our seeds, so why does it make us not perform 100%? I then did a thorough research and I found out that (which made complete sense) when we release our sperm, our body then needs rest to produce more. This makes us sleepy so the process is quicker IMO.

In conclusion, like anything, moderation and timing is important. But I also realized fapping is an addiction as well since it releases a chemical in our brain called dopamine (the feel good chemical). I can barely think at this moment and I fapped like 5 times including yesterday and felt like complete shit today when I was at work and barely had any energy in the gym. And even though knowing this I am still going to fap because I am addicted and i am just ruining my life even further.

I keep thinking maybe it's a placebo effect but i am not sure anymore.

there are lies about the effects of it but experiment not fapping for a week and see the difference then report back to this thread

Also, testosterone peaks at the day 7 then resets which is why I said timing is important. And many studies out there say boxers and pro athletes refrain from fapping/ having sex before a big match a month or so....wonder why huh

you need to get quality fap time in, not quantity. if you can't get a 5+ hour fap session instead of 5 fap sessions, you're going to be tired. they call it blowing your load for a reason.
