Intro video started talking about december 21st, 2012... Lol, I got a good kick about that. Apparently december 21st is the apocalypse in this game.

Unfortunately, no. I wasn't a huge fan of all the middle eastern cities (which were all of them.) This one seems a lot more interesting so far.

The first two were too repetitive for my taste. I have high hopes for this third one though.

I'm looking forward to Far Cry 3. Never liked Assassins creed. I got the first one as a gift and lost interest. As usual all the good games are coming out pre holiday.
Let us know how this one is.

I play Gears of war with a guy that's 62 at his house. We've played for hours. His wife stops by every once in a while and drops off some beers then just rolls her eyes at us as she leaves.

If there is a lot of racing and chasing people around i was very frustrated with assassination creed 2 where you need to beat your brother to the top tower of a church, i was never able to get pass that stage and its like the second mission. This is what got me hating assassin creed and if the 3 has many races and challenges like this i will pass it up once more.

AC III is pretty damn fun in my opinion. I'm not too far in, but so far I like it a lot more than the last two. Colonial America is awesome, the middle east is not.

There are a TON of guys in their 40s that play. I think I read the average age of a gamer is in the low 30s now. This isn't kids stuff any more. Pong came out when I was a kid and I have been playing games my entire life. Luckily, my wife will play a lot of games with me and has patience when I am playing a game on my own.

Max Payne 3, Kane and Lynch 2 very under rated, the uncharted games, god of war, sleeping dogs, are some of my best games ever.

The uncharted series is one of my favorites. All three of those games were amazing.

My wife loves the Lego games and I have always liked them too. Lego Indiana Jones was the best. They aren't the kind of games I would play on my own, but they are fun multiplayer. My wife has no interest in Skyrim, racing games or FPS, but that is OK. More PS3 availability for me!

I am a casual gamer and suck at videogames , please keep me updated people who play the game on how hard it is and if there are theses timed races, i hate that a lot.

So i've been playing AC3 today and i'm 3 and a half hours in. Beware, the game is very buggy... Iots of graphical glitches, pop-up occurring with NPCs in the distance when running around town, frame rate slowdowns, a few other strange glitches encountered. I think they've tried to push far too much out of the game engine, which I believe is the same one they've been using since the 1st game. Mine is a PS3 copy by the way.
Glitches and buggy gameplay out of the way, its very fun so far and i'm enjoying it a lot.
