    LoL thanks ya smart aas! But I use the iPhone app because my computer is high traffic. I guess I'm not as cool as i figured I was with this hip new iPhone and all....and I guess I only really considered people using the app lol

    It was difficult for me to pick one because I see alot of members who deserve the title and prize. Austinite is all over the forum (he follow me ) in every section posting and helping, 405 is remarkable for his dedication and constant helping out in the diet section and there are also many of my colleagues what do a amazing job on then forum and behind the basement door!

    But I am going to have to pick one member and my reasons are - this member has transform the HRT section into what was a dead section into a thriving busy section and I know he hasnt done this on his own but for someone who contributed so much and helped so many people with a delicate subject I have to give my vote to this guy. Looking at the forum the HRT is a prime segment and brings in many NEW members and for these reasons I vote for

    Times New Roman. Has helped me a lot, with questions I have had and I need to admit that a lot of them have and are stupid. He have never complained and have continued answering me, unlike almost everybody else in here( Not trying to complain,just saying that Times Roman is unique). I feel that he have helped many members in here and he does what he can to give us good answers.

    I would also say thanks to Austinite, but my vote goes to Times Roman.

    I just want to make a quick comment to all the newer knowledgable members. I've been around for awhile now, and when i first showed up a few years back, there was a culture of "let's beat up the newbs" and negatively react to anything that the core members don't fully embrace. Since then, I've seen things change. We are more tolerant now, we embrace the newbs, not flame them, and some of you newer knowledgable members really have your shit together. I don't know how many times I'll go into a thread and see questions being answered respectfully, completely, and concisely. Once I see that, and if I don't see any flaming, I move on. Because of this, I haven't felt the need to be posting as much.

    Kudos to you all, and much respect!!!
