1. Describe your experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of a biennial, annual or operating budget. Please include the size of the budget, the size/scope of the organizational unit for which the budget was prepared, and your level of involvement in the budget development process.








2. Describe your experience performing the analysis of program, policy and/or budget issues. Include the scope of the issue and the process/method you used to conduct the analysis as well as the outcome.








3. In maintaining an integral role within DTIM, this position is responsible for communicating effectively on budgets and expenditures with the Department of Transportation and DTIM management, other state agencies, the federal government, members of the legislature, and the general public.
Describe your experience related to building and facilitating a collaborative and productive working relationship with a variety of stakeholders internal and external to the organization regarding budgetary issues. Include details regarding the makeup of the stakeholders, your specific role, level of responsibility, and methods you applied and why.
