Thread: Loving it!!!
-
That morning when you're on cycle and look in the mirror or begin your work out and BANG!! Lift off!! Just finished my 3rd week on prop/winny and today is the day I can officially say she has kicked into top gear and full throttle... Very low cals ATM 10cals/lb and getting shredded as Fk and loving it!!!
This thread has no real relevancy just wanted to express this feeling of happiness!!
Cycle goals drop from 10% to 8% and maintain muscle mass, easily achievable have allready dropped some bf and gained a kg on very low cals, have just started to throw clen into the mix week on week off @ 120mg, prop is at 80mg ed and winny 50mg edLast edited by auswest; 11-07-2012 at 03:17 AM.

Only downsides are my wrists are a little sore, and the pip's are out of control 6 sites almost isn't enough.. And the winny keeps blocking my pins, so on the occasion I'm pinning 2-3 times, but I think I've learnt how to prevent that now. Seems to be the last few mls of the bottle, will have to shake it up more from the beginning in the future, and I've been shaking the hell out of it when mixed with the prop in syringe that seems to be working so far..

I hear ya on the PIP. I'm running a new blend and the PIP is kicking my ass!!! It's ridiculous. I'm running out of places to pin that don't hurt!
Good luck on the goals. Sounds fantastic.

This is a good place to start and adjust as you see fit in regards to weight gain and weight loss.I find tdee calculators a bit hit and miss at times, these numbers give u a startin point and then you adjust to your individual needs.Last edited by auswest; 11-07-2012 at 06:17 PM.

Thanks Auswest I have been doing 500 - 1000 cals below TDEE a day for cutting and am finding the calculations you threw out are right in line. I'm above 20% bf so can I feel safely cut faster (fewer calories) versus someone sub 20 percent. I am going to start using this system of per pound you threw out it feels more accurate. For a bulk 18-20 cals / lb is approx 750 - 1000 over TDEE for me which is perfect.

Yeah I think this is similar to the one 405 and gbrice have formulated they're now using lbm x 15 for tdee and then 500 below for cut and 500 above for bulk tbh it's easier and I'm using it for myself and Otis in line with the tdee calculator in the stickies

Yeah no worries guys, it's deffernatly a quick and easy way of doing things and allows you to keep track and adjust easier imo. I haven't heard of anyone recommending under 10, most would not recommend going under 12 for a cut, but being on cycle is a different story, and I'm having great results with 10, I've started carb cycling 4 days of bare minimum carbs and a refeed on the 5th day so far I'm seeing amazing results.

for what its worth Lyle MacDonald recommends 14-16cals per lb TOTAL body weight when calculating maintenance. 14 for slower metabolism, 16 for higher, and (u guessed it) 15 for good ole regular metab guys and gals.
if u figure someone like me with 200lbs weight and 10%bf that leaves 20lbs fat weight thats not being calculated in. thatd be around 300cals (give or take). personally being an ex-fat butt id rather be 300cals below and have to add than be 300cals above and have to lose fat! keep in mind this is only a starting estimate and will have to be adjusted with each individual.
